Early Elementary Teacher Position

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a passionate Early Elementary School Teacher to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a dedication to fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
  • Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective teaching materials
  • Provide academic advising and support to students
  • Manage classroom activities and behavior effectively
  • Incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Elementary Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Teaching certification or license
  • Experience in special education is a plus
  • Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
  • Ability to utilize scriptures for Biblical integration
  • Pastoral references required
